Clean room with a comfortable bed. Very large bathroom but the shower gel is attached to the wall next to the sink, which we found rather odd. Shampoo and conditioner on wall in shower. This pet friendly hotel is conveniently located right off I-81 in Salem. The area has lots of coffee, gas and food options and the area feels very safe. I had no worries walking my dog outside at night. Breakfast offered waffles, eggs, biscuits w/sausage gravy, bread for toasting & yogurt. All in all a very good value and a good night's sleep while traveling. Friendly staff as well. This was actually our second stay here, as when we pulled in I recognized the property from a few years back. We would definitely stay again whenever we pass through the area.

Room was comfortable and breakfast very good. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Was a quick overnight stop but location off of I-81 is very convenient.
I was really impressed with this motel, and I want to say it punched well above its weight, especially considering the very low price. It was extremely clean in every corner inside and out, and our room appears to have been recently refurbished, including a nicely done fresh coat of paint and bathroom tile work. The room felt larger than I'm used to getting. The mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable! The included breakfast was more delicious than that in most any other hotel we've been in in the past few years, with biscuits and sausage gravy in addition to the typical scrambled eggs and waffles and bread products. Everything was actually very tasty! We interacted with three different front desk managers on the phone and in person, and all three couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, really very nice! I saved this place and I'm looking forward to stopping again next time we're traveling on I-81.
Pretty happy with the service overall considering the price. The room was quite spacious and well equiped. Easy access, a lot of parking. The bed was quite confortable and I sleep quite well. There is the breakfast included as well, the options are quite limited but for the price of the room it's clearly enough. I really recommand it if you are looking for a motel in the area

In our opinion one of the best Quality Inns and we have stayed at several. Great location, fine service and great breakfast. Plus a great little restaurant next door.
The man at the desk was absolutely charming. There was an elderly man in front of me at the desk. He was so patient and empathetic with this man. Room was clean, price was right, location great and a restaurant right next door. Breakfast was good (bacon or sausage would have made it great.)
